Q: How do I get started? A: Call or text us on 0494 755 850 and we'll set up your first visit within the week.

Q: What happens on the day of my visit? A: We arrive, clean your yard of all dog waste and bag it on site. You'll get a text beforehand so you know we're coming. Need us to take the waste away completely?

Q: Do I need to be home? A: No. As long as we can access your yard we'll get it done.

‍Q: Do I need to secure my dogs during the visit? A: Yes. For the safety of our staff and your pets, we ask that all dogs are inside or secured before we arrive.

‍Q: What if my dog is aggressive? A: We love dogs but safety comes first. If a dog is unsecured or aggressive we'll reschedule at no extra charge.

‍Q: What if I need to skip a visit? A: Just text us 24 hours before and we'll skip that week at no charge.

‍Q: Can I cancel anytime? A: Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel or pause anytime by texting us.

Q: How many dogs do you service? A: We service yards with 1, 2, or 3+ dogs. Pricing adjusts based on dog count — see our pricing page.

Q: Is your equipment clean and safe? A: Yes. All tools are disinfected with veterinary-grade disinfectant between every yard — safe for dogs, kids, and the whole family. No cross-contamination between properties.
