1. Services Scoop There It Is provides dog waste removal services in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. By booking our services you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings Bookings can be made by calling us on 0494 755 850 or via our website booking page at scoopthereitis.com.au/book-now. We will confirm your booking by text or email.

3. Access to your property You agree to provide safe access to your yard on the scheduled service day. All dogs must be secured inside before we arrive. If we cannot safely access your yard or dogs are unsecured, we will contact you to reschedule at no extra charge for the first occurrence.

4. Payment Payment is processed via Stripe at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Prices are as listed on our website and may change with 14 days notice.

5. Promotional offers The "1 free clean" offer applies to new weekly or fortnightly subscribers only. One per household. The free clean is delivered as an additional visit after the subscription is set up and the first payment has been made, and assumes a minimum of 4 paid visits. If the subscription is cancelled before the 4th paid visit, the free clean becomes chargeable at our standard once-off rate for the applicable number of dogs. The offer is not transferable and cannot be redeemed against once-off services

6. Cancellations and skips You may skip a scheduled visit by texting us at least 24 hours before. Cancellations of your subscription require a minimum of 7 days written notice via text or email to admin@scoopthereitis.com.au. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice may result in a final charge for the next scheduled visit.

7. Liability We take care when working on your property. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues. We are not liable for any incidents involving unsecured animals. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any hazards on their property prior to service.

8. Satisfaction guarantee If you are not satisfied with a visit contact us within 24 hours and we will return to rectify the issue at no charge.

9. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.

‍

10. Service area Scoop There It Is currently operates within selected Brisbane southern suburbs. We reserve the right to decline bookings outside our current service area. Contact us to confirm availability in your location.

11. Missed access If we arrive at your property and are unable to access the yard due to locked gates, unsecured dogs, or no response after reasonable attempt to contact you, the visit will be marked as completed and the full service fee will apply. A reschedule will not be charged for the first occurrence.
