1. Services Scoop There It Is provides dog waste removal services in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. By booking our services you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings Bookings can be made by contacting us on 0494 755 850 or via our website contact form. We will confirm your booking by text or email.

‍

3. Access to your property You agree to provide safe access to your yard on the scheduled service day. All dogs must be secured inside before we arrive. If we cannot safely access your yard or dogs are unsecured, we will contact you to reschedule at no extra charge for the first occurrence.

4. Payment Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and cash. Prices are as listed on our website and may change with 14 days notice.

5. Cancellations and skips You may skip a scheduled visit by texting us at least 24 hours before. Cancellations of your subscription can be made anytime by contacting us directly with no penalty.

6. Liability We take care when working on your property. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues. We are not liable for any incidents involving unsecured animals.

7. Satisfaction guarantee If you are not satisfied with a visit contact us within 24 hours and we will return to rectify the issue at no charge.

8. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.
